Dear people that concerned about tourism in Bali
Bali Government tourism office notes the raised of the hazard level of Mount agung volcano from 3 (alert) to level 4 (danger) can discouraged the tourist in Bali but there was something that the tourist should be not br worries since most of the tourist destination are far away from the volcano ( in this case Mount Batur as well). As Ubud is 51 Km away from the Mount Agung while Sanur area, Kuta beach and Jimbaran are more than 72 km from the volcano.
As until 26th the volcano has not erupted and was no volcanic ash. A radius of 9 kilometers and 12 kilometers around the mountain was considered dangerous but most of the other tourist destinations were otherwise safe.
Weare urged tourist to continue visiting Bali because bali still safe for the tourist. The island safe expect for the area around mount Agung. Flights in and out of Ngurah Rai International Airport remind normal with 50.000 to 60.000travelers in and out of Bali Island every day.
